Hi, I’m Heidi!

And I’m here to help you ensure a long, strong, and resilient career as a dancer.

By the time I finished the National Tour of Matilda, I was no longer able to recover from my pain and injuries, I couldn’t strengthen and stretch the way I needed to, and I was almost sure my dance career was over. I had lost hope. 

Out of my desperation, I decided to try a method called postural alignment therapy. 

After completely recovering from a herniated disk and experiencing an increase in my overall strength and flexibility in ways I had never before experienced, I was determined to share what I had discovered with every dancer I could find.

As a result, I created MOVE WITH HPA For Dancers so that I my story of complete recovery, improved performance, and the tools to guarantee a long and healthy dance career could be YOURS too!
