"I did the Static Back and my neck pain is now completely gone! 😱"

These special HPA exercises will bring you lasting recovery when you need it most.
AND I KNOW EXACTLY HOW IT FEELS TO NEED RECOVERY.
While performing on the National Tour of Matilda, I was desperately trying to care for injuries and mediate the severe pain I was in. By the returned home, I was in such need for recovery, I had to completely stop dancing. I would constantly ask myself, "Will I ever fully recover from these injuries? Is my career coming to an end?"
I was falling apart.
I threw myself into all of the typical recommended methods: the 'Broadway' specialist doctors, physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, orthotics, massage— you name it, I tried it.
Recovery was always temporary, at best.
After considering surgery and fearing it was my last option, I decided to try one last holistic method that I heard was popular in pro sports like the NFL.
Finally! Postural alignment therapy was exactly what my body needed to recover quickly and ensure longevity as a dancer.
These 3 special HPA exercises were part of my own recovery routine. They helped me and countless others recover from past and present pain/injuries that were jeopardizing the longevity of our bodies and careers.
Start recovering now so you never have to miss a beat later.
