While performing on the National Tour of Matilda, I was desperately trying to recover from injuries and mediate severe pain. By the time I returned home, I had to completely stop dancing.

After being continuously disappointed with the results of the typical methods and techniques recommended to dancers ('Broadway' specialist doctors, physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, orthotics, cupping, massage therapy, etc) I went on a hunt for something different. I needed something that could help me recover from my overuse injuries and get me back out there dancing as quickly and safely as possible.

In an effort to avoid back surgery, I discovered postural alignment therapy. After this therapy completely changed my life and gave me the ability heal myself, I founded MOVE WITH HPA and created The Dancer's Recovery Essentials Guide. I want YOU to have access to these secrets too!
